Time to delivery
Each piece is handmade in Maine especially for you, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon request.

Security
All orders are placed through PayPal using your credit card or PayPal account. We will send a reply e-mail with the confirmation of your order.

Privacy
We do not provide any of your personal information including your email address to outside parties.

Free shipping on orders over $150
Shipping is free on orders over $150. A $6.00 shipping and handling fee will be added orders under $150.

State sales tax
Maine State Sales tax (5%) will be also be added to orders being shipped to addresses in Maine. In all other States the purchaser is responsible for any State taxes.

Pearls have natural variations
Portia Clark Freshwater Pearls offers exclusive designs and individually hand-crafted pieces made with freshwater pearls, silk, sterling silver, and 14K gold-filled metal. Each piece of jewelry may differ slightly based on availability and natural variations in the pearls.

If you can't find what you are looking for in the ready-made or the "create your own" section of the site, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to work directly with you to come up with the perfect piece!

Return Policy
Our goal is to make you happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please send an email to portia@portiaclark.com to begin processing your request.

Orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping is non-refundable. The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Please insure returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.

Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned. All custom work is a final sale. We will not accept a return on any custom order.
